The Speakers

Andrea Soberg is a Professor in the School of Business at Trinity Western University where she teaches courses in human resource management and international business in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. 

In addition to being faculty at TWU, she has held several leadership roles, including being Dean of the School of Business for 6 years. Andrea also provides consulting services to local and global firms where she assists the organizations in achieving their mission through the implementation of effective people management strategies. 

Her current research focus is on the training and development of Christian leaders and managers for organizations that want to have a Kingdom impact.
