It's Leadership Lunch Time!

Business As Mission is collaborating with Tenth Church to bring you a little lunchtime mixer. Come and socialise with our BAM 2023 Conference keynote, Mats Tunhag, at an intimate luncheon we are throwing for him to meet some of Vancouver's best and brightest business and ministry champions. The event will feature both corporate leaders from across the Lower Mainland, and faith leaders who are making an impression in the community.

Mats will be there to shine light on both the ideology and the real-world practice of the BAM mentality, to offer practical take-aways, and to tell stories about what he sees God doing in enterprise. Seeing church and business leaders working together as one ministry is the goal of Mats' work. After all, Business IS Mission.

In addition, we have one of our own success stories from the local business community, Dr. Sandra Tai. As a noted author, lecturer, orthodontic expert, and previous BAM Conference speaker, she will co-host the luncheon with Mats. Sandra will share some of her experience applying BAM principles in her life and enterprises.

We encourage you to bring a guest from your faith community with whom you can plant the seed that your business can also be their mission. Our goal is to give some insight into how BAM can become an oasis in an organisation, and how leaders from both backgrounds can collectively water the seeds to help themselves and each other flourish. In particular, we wish for you to master how to illuminate both work and Christ, by viewing them with a BAM mindset.

We are hopeful that both groups will cross-pollinate at the luncheon. This will be an informal opportunity for leaders to share how God is at work in business, and how the church can be involved.

Your ticket will cover food and beverages for two! We want to make this a chance for you to impress the leader in your circle.

TICKETS: $29.95 gets you a double ticket, that seats you and your guest. Your double ticket includes lunch and beverages for both guests. There are limited tickets, so First Come, First Served

• 12:00 - 12:15: Pre-event. Get registered and settled-in

• 12:15 - 12:30: Meet & greet other guests, and treat yourself to our lunch put on by Tenth Church

• 12:30 - 12:45: Dine while you listen to Mats Tunehag give a short presentation

• 12:45 - 1:00: Dine while you listen to Dr. Sandra Tai give her practical observations

• 1:00 - 1:15: Ask questions of the speakers and socialise with the other business, church, and community leaders in attendance

• 1:15 - : Get some personal time with the speakers.
