Introducing: David Ash

David Ash

David Ash is a career entrepreneur and full-time investor. He is a founding member of TIGER 21’s Vancouver Chapter, a global, peer-to-peer learning network of high-net-worth individuals. Currently, David’s energy is manifested in his community running the Langley Sportsplex, an ice hockey arena and sports & fitness complex that he owns and operates.

The son of blue-collar working-class parents, David had no high school diploma or university degree, yet has been a lifelong entrepreneur, relying on his core competency of salesmanship. He mastered the principles of wealth management through his own journey into and out of bankruptcy at age twenty-eight. He covers this journey in his bookSimple Wealth, the Six Proven Principles for Financial Freedom”.

David shares his inspirational life and coming-to-faith experience in his memoir "Goodness Is Contagious: From Profit to Purpose", where he details his transformation at the age of forty-four. He believes the entrepreneurial spirit is a divine gift, and when truly surrendered to God, can radically transform the world in powerful and meaningful ways.

David has sage advice for entrepreneurs on how to take care of the two most important endeavours in your life: your business and your family. He is a past recipient of the Kaufmann Foundation’s Community Service Award for his work at The Vivian, a transitional housing program for Vancouver’s hardest-to-house women. The Ash Family are active supporters of Youth With A Mission (YWAM), participating on various Advisory Boards for them around the world.
