Precious Ile is a visionary, storyteller and systems thinker who transforms how we engage in dialogue, strategy development and community engagement with whole hearts to create meaningful impact. 

She is the co-founder and partner of management consultancy firm Impact Plus, and a seasoned TEDx speaker. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience and expertise in community development, human-centred design, youth engagement, leadership, and board governance.

She serves on multiple non-profit boards locally and nationally including CityHive, Simon Fraser University, and International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Canada.

Precious was nominated for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award and led an innovative public engagement project with nearly 2,200 participants that received national recognition in the IAP2 Canada Core Values Awards. games.
